Being true to ourselves is important for anyone, regardless of creed. In minority religions, living truth can be a little harder, especially when others have power over you. Maybe it's the parents you still live with, disapproving of your path. Maybe it's the neighbors, calling government officials because they think your children are in danger. Maybe it's the state, refusing to recognize your marriage or even arresting you because your marriage is officially a crime. How do we live our truth in the face of judgment from others?
