Fighting Perfectionism

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Do you ever worry about whether you're “getting it right?” Do you approach life with an all-or-nothing attitude? When you try something new, does a single failure lead you to give up? Whether it is within our religious practice or within our daily lives, all of us deal with perfectionism of some kind, the self-judgment that tells us we're just not good enough. We will explore the roots of this perfectionism, and practice a few tricks for accepting “good enough” and constructive failure in our lives and rituals.
